Caitlin Sparks is a recognized pioneer and expert in carbon, climate finance, renewable energy, climate-tech, environmental markets, impact, and sustainability. She possesses over 18 years of experience in clean technology development, climate policy and sustainable finance, and helped found Gold Standard – a leading carbon, sustainability and project certification standard. She sits on the board of the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute (GHGMI) and the Lab to Land Institute.

A veteran energy transition expert with 17 years of experience leading strategy, global E&P and research at ExxonMobil, Mike Braun has spent the last five years guiding corporate venture capital and R&D investment focused on sustainability and GHG emissions reduction.

Darius Nassiry is Vice President of Climate, Resilience and Sustainability at WSP USA and a Director at Climate Finance Advisors, a member of WSP. A climate change and sustainable finance specialist, he serves as an embedded advisor with Onyx Transition. He brings 20 years of experience in climate risk analysis, clean energy, infrastructure finance, and investment banking in developed and emerging markets.

Seth Zimring provides CFO and COO services to early-stage companies and nonprofits focused on climate change and healthcare. He has founded or held leadership roles within startup companies in the renewable and health space, and possesses expertise in energy project finance borne of his work in corporate strategy at Pacific Gas and Electric.
